Green Home Furnishings

Our engagement in the production of sustainable furniture comes from our wish to contribute to the safeguard of the Planet, at the same time recovering local ancient woodworking traditions. Our green home furnishings are aesthetically valuable and realized in certified solid wood by skilled craftsmen.

Because of our concern for environmental issues, we only manufacture green home furnishings, with woods that come from reforestation areas, like Scandinavian fir and pine wood. Since years, we actively and constantly research and test new products and technologies, such as water-based paints, in order to reduce toxic substances emission.

Sustainable furniture means, above all, paying great attention when choosing wood: Callesella only use woods from wood cultivations where cutting down is planned, cut trees are replaced and no toxic insecticide is used.
